Circuit Training

Join Hannah and a small friendly group of men and women on Monday evenings in Westfield. 

You'll work on cardio fitness and strength, using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells and kettlebells. Everybody attending this class is at a different level of fitness and the class can be adapted to suit your level of fitness as well as any injuries. 

Women often join this class when they return to work after maternity leave and stop attending the daytime mum and baby classes. If there are still adjustments needed to the workout, Hannah uses her expertise in this area to safely integrate you into the class and give you a great workout. 

Booking essential. You can book a block of classes or pay as you go :)
