Hannah has been teaching this class for 6 years and also incorporates it into her own weekly workout routine. This class will improve your cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance as well as boosting your endorphins, which will leave you burning extra calories for up to 24 hours.
The best part? It's only 30 minutes!
This is a "pay as you go" class and there's no need to book.
Children aged 11+ can attend with a participating adult.
