Pilates is a fantastic class for beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. It can help improve posture, balance, flexibility, core and pelvic floor strength as well as reducing aches and pains, stress levels and reduce the chance of injury. In this 4 week course, you'll be guided through the basics of breathwork, core and pelvic floor engagement as well as simple and effective Pilates exercises. You'll also learn how easy it is to adapt Pilates exercises for health conditions or injuries.
