Service Description

Pilates is a fantastic class for beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. It can help improve posture, balance, flexibility, core and pelvic floor strength as well as reducing aches and pains, stress levels and reduce the chance of injury. - 45 minute class, tailored to your ability, with experienced instructor - Access to the class live via Zoom, in case of need to self-isolate, wait in for a delivery, etc. By signing up to this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Sessions are non-refundable. In the event of covid-19 restrictions meaning that a session cannot go ahead, the sessions will go ahead on ZOOM instead of in-person. Social distancing rules must be adhered to throughout the class and all participants are asked to follow any rules put in place by the Hastings centre. All participants must follow government guidelines with regards to self-isolating. All participants must bring their own exercise mat (or beach towel if not available) and will not be able to participate without this, as placing hands on the floor, or sitting or lying directly on the floor is not permitted under COVID-secure guidelines. Policies are subject to change in line with government guidelines.
