In the event of covid-19 restrictions meaning that a session cannot go ahead, the sessions will go ahead on ZOOM instead of in-person. Social distancing rules must be adhered to throughout the class and all participants are asked to follow any rules put in place by the Hastings centre. Babies who are on the move cannot be expected to social distance from others. By attending, you accept that other babies may come over to you or your baby. Adults are asked to social distance. All participants must follow government guidelines with regards to self-isolating. All participants must bring their own exercise mat (or beach towel if not available) and will not be able to participate without this, as placing hands on the floor, or sitting or lying directly on the floor is not permitted under COVID-secure guidelines. Policies are subject to change in line with government guidelines.
