Mummy Fit

Whether you're looking for a class you can bring baby (or bump!) to, or looking for a safe post-natal specific class to attend on your own, this could be just what you're looking for. 

Combining cardio and resistance work, this class is challenging and gives you that great post-workout feeling whilst being pre/post-natal friendly. Hannah can check you for diastasis recti and adapt exercises for this, as well as pelvic floor weakness, injuries, and different levels of fitness.
