Pilates

Ease those aches and pains, de-stress, increase flexibility and strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles. Posture and balance are focused on in these classes too. All abilities are catered for.

In-person Course

 - 45 minute class, tailored to your ability, with experienced instructor

 - Safe, COVID-secure venue

 - Access to online content in case of missed class, need to self-isolate, or just wanting to practise in between classes!

Online Course

 - 45 minute class, streamed live to a private Facebook group

 - Ability to catch up on classes at any time during the 6 weeks

 - Contact with your instructor via the group or messenger, should you require any advice
