This is a mixed ability class, with different options given for beginners and those wanting to push themselves a bit more. Expect all exercises to be low-impact, meaning no jumping or running :)

Spring back into action with the first outdoor class of the year!!
This class will combine cardio and resistance exercises for a full body workout in the great outdoors. There will be no equipment sharing so you'll need to bring: a bottle of water; an exercise mat or beach towel; and either a weight/weights or two bottles filled with water to use as weights (I promise this works really well as a replacement).
